Fitting up the headliner is serious business. The blue seats were borrowed from another car to check the carpet fit.
The door panels were remade after a lot of experimenting with different methods of heat-pressing to replicate the original patterning. A warmed metal grille for the pattern and an old iron to press with produced the results.
