Buying the Encyclopaedia

The Encyclopaedia is now available in bookshops in all the countries where it has been published or distributed. If, for any reason, you have trouble purchasing it, please try one of the online booksellers. For example, in the UK, Amazon UK has the book,
and in the USA Amazon.com also offers the book.

These pages

It is my intention to use these pages to support the publication and provide a site for information that it was not possible to include in the printed work. For example, Corrections, omissions and additions will include such information.
