This has had to be introduced as there are rogues out their taking information and publishing freely on the net and not giving credit for the work. I have come down hard on Archives & Museums and organisations of the like as they charge like wounded bulls and put so many restrictions on what one can do with information that belongs to the people anyway. Please be fair and abide by the rules, otherwise there will be serious business happening if you are caught stealing or telling lies and taking credit where it is not due.
